2. If CT obtained for abdo/pelvic injuries – review for hip fracture
3. Obtain intraop fluoro before nailing.
4. Obtain intraop fluoro after nailing with the hip in 10-15 deg of IR
5. Obtain postop hip radiographs prior to leaving the OR
